India since too long has been awounded
civilization.
Before British occupation of INDIA, THERE WAS NO India,
We were in bits and pieces of small kingdoms fighting with each other for land,
and woman.
It was only anti British sentiment that gave rise to an India.
After studying deeply our ancient scriptures, it was a Britisher who gave the
idea to form a congress and our leaders faithfully followed his guidance. They
were considered rebels by Britishers., to deal with them ,Britishers brought in
several harsh measures like Minto Morley reforms, Rowlett act and diarchy.
There is no civilization without laws. Good civilization would need only gentle
laws.
Where people are not disciplined and they enjoy too many rights without duty
consciousness and responsibility ,there is no alternative but to bring in harsh
measures without which security cannot be given to really civilized public.
When there is too much of violence ,gentle laws will be inept.
A hard core criminal after causing six murders freely loiter around because
circumstantial evidences were all in his favour.
I was detained under Misa in 1976, for being a member of anadamarga, but I heard
that discipline then was excellent, , learned men wanted the emergency to
continue.
Take USA, Their motto is life, liberty and pursuit of happiness, their happiness
is in free sex. Sleeping with another mans wife is accepted as long as there is
mutual AGREEMENT.
CHILD PROSTITUTION ACCEPTED,prostitution accepted,
Gambling dens, pub houses, lotteries are all for their standard happiness,
Racial discrimination, separate churches for black and white are
Accepted as anorm.
Infact they supply the most lethal and venal weapons to all over the world
wherever it has a market, they were hurt by their own weapons in Iraq war.
They know very well about the terrorism that haunts us, now they know it better
after sep 11th.

There is a symbiosis of extreme riches and poverty there.

Take the case of Mainland china, discipline is excellent. Because of draconian
law.

very good.

After all POTA has undergone a considerable dialogue in Parliament;
If it needs a refinement it can be again discussed.
Our scriptures says sama, peda , Thandam only. It has a scriptural and
Philosophical support. Gentle laws cannot deal with emergent situations. |
